Review: Lucifer's Sin

Lucifer's Sin Lucifer's Sin by Lisa Renee Jones
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

4.5 stars
Lucifer's Sin is the first of Lucifer's Trilogy by Lisa Renee Jones. This honest review is in exchange for an arc and is not paid.

LRJ drops the reader right into the action, which is always appreciated. Luke, aka Lucifer, and a Walker Security contractor, has been given a warning that his ex-fiancee and FBI agent, Ana, is on a hitlist. Their history is complicated. They have a lot of history, distrust, and anger between them. They also have sizzling heat, instant attraction, and complicated feelings as they are both hurt from the past.

Ana is a kick-ass heroine, an agent but highly skilled on top of that due to her step-father. She is a perfect match for alpha-male Lucifer, who respects her talents, even if he challenges her. This book is fast-paced, well written, and literally leaves you wanting more as there is a bit of a cliffhanger.

If you are craving a second chance romance, enemies to lovers, romantic suspense kind of thrill, you will be happy with this book. It was a sexy, action-filled diversion from my typical erotic romances!
