Review: Out of the Ashes by Lindsey Fairleigh and Lindsey Pogue

Out Of The Ashes (The Ending, #3)One of my new favorite series is The Ending series by Lindseys Fairleigh and Pogue. This New Adult marriage of X-Men and The Walking Dead is full of action, friendships, gore, romance, and betrayal. The 3rd book in the series, Out of the Ashes, takes up right where we left off in Into the Fire. Just when the group rescues Dani, Zoe is attacked by crazy Clara and left an amnesiac. She knows the basics (how to walk, how to talk) but is left in the dark when it comes to the events of The Ending, her hot boyfriend Jake, and her best friend Dani. Talk about awkward. Meanwhile, Dani's Ability is growing so strong it may be out of control.

It's hard to keep spoilers out of the review, so I will have to keep it short and sweet. This was another great epic entry into the series. The roller coaster ride of the new world centered around the lives of Dani and Zoe is a wild one with twists, turns, and unexpected drops. We no longer have young ladies, we have women of the new frontier leading the way back to their hometown. As secrets and lies are uncovered along the way, so are there beautiful revelations and more. As usual, I am eagerly anticipating the next entry into the series. Things are never tied up in a bow After the Ending!
